CANCELLATIONS

At Nova Beauty Lounge, we value your time and the time of our professionals. In order to provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies.

48-Hour Cancellation Notice:

As a courtesy, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Failure to provide proper notice or missing a scheduled appointment may result in restricted ability to book future appointments at Nova Beauty Lounge.

Emergency Considerations

We understand that unexpected situations may occur. Timely notification of an emergency will be considered for a possible exception to the cancellation fee at the salon’s discretion.

RETAINER FEE

Initial instant booking for Hair Extensions and Color Makeovers require a 50% retainer fee to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your services the day of your appointment.
